Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive access to a secure client portal where you can easily enter pet details, care preferences, and schedule services. This system keeps everything organized, transparent, and effortlessly managed from the start.
Step two : Meet & Greet
Before services begin, we schedule a personalized in-home meet & greet. This allows us to get to know your pet, understand their routine, and ensure a smooth, comfortable transition into care. We’ll review all important details together — including feeding, routines, medications, and home access — while answering any questions so you feel fully confident and at ease moving forward.
Step three : Schedule your service
Once your account is set up, services can be requested at any time through the client portal or mobile app. Scheduling is designed to be simple and flexible, with confirmations provided to ensure every detail is clearly arranged and accounted for.

Throughout each visit, you’ll remain fully connected with detailed updates, photos, and real-time tracking.
